Peter JohnSMITHPassed away peacefully on 6th January 2026, aged 84 years.

Devoted husband to Margaret. Proud father to Richard and Alison and a much loved brother-in-law and uncle.

Peter's funeral will be held on Thursday 12th February, service 11.30am in the Willow Room at Bretby Crematorium.

So sorry to hear of your loss Margaret,as you know Peter and I go back a long way,right back to when
we played for opposing teams at football as 10 and 11 year olds,his dad and my mam were always on the touch line.
I'm afraid a lot of us now are facing the final whistle,
Peter was a grand lad and had a good life and that's all we can wish for,one day we may both be on
the same team up there,I hope so,his dad and my mam will still be on the touch line.
